You need a fortran compiler for OSX. My recommendation is to google for such a language.

GNU's GFortran is the latest free Fortran compiler and is part of the GNU Compiler Collection (GCC). The top commercial compiler is Absoft Pro Fortran 2012 v11.5 Compiler Suite For Mac OS X.
