iPod touch Forums on your Ipod

Hopefully I am in right place for this question.

Is there an app to put a forum (as in an internet forum) as have icon on your screen.

In safari, along the bottom there is a little Plus Symbol (+) choose the option to "Add To Homescreen". It should create an icon and link you straight to that page or forum easy and quickly.
