Forward SMS automatically to email?

I was wondering if there's any way to forward all incoming text messages to an email address?

I'm on vacation for a month in a part of Colorado with no ATT service and don't need internet, I've forwarded my calls to a landline, but I cannot find out if I can forward SMS (my major communication channel) to anywhere. An App perhaps?

An app to forward texts to email

I'd love to know if such a creature exists. I don't tend to carry my phone with me 24-7, but I do work at a computer for hours on end. I'd love to get an automatic email alert if I get text. Otherwise, it might be hours before I happen to notice the text on my iphone.

If you use something like Google Voice and people text you on that number you can have it sent as an email to yourself as well.
