If you are running 10.4.3 go to your desktop , click finder then about finder, it will say "Finder version 10.4.2" obviously it should be 10.4.3 just thought l'd share that :D

I don't know, I think Finder may just be behind a version number. I have 10.4.2 still and my Finder version is at 10.4.1 I'm guessing perhaps Finder just wasn't updated during 10.4.2, and therefore is lagging behind version wise compared to the OS and it's subsequent updates. Just my guess anyways.

Yep, the Finder is behind a version, so it's not a mistake. As long as the OS version is correct, everything should be pretty much up to date. ;)

I think it just means that they didn't change anything about the Finder in one of the last patches...so it's one step behind everything else.

Disk Utility is at 10.5.3, so nothing special there.

Unless I'm using a version from the FUTURE!

The future, Counterfit?
-yes, the future, all the way to the year 2000!

In the year 2000... in the year 2000...
