found uControl workaround for 10.3.8

uControl discussion has some info on how to make uControl work in 10.3.8.

Basically you downlaod the source open up uControl.h in xCode. Replace the SCROLL_EMULATION 512 to SCROLL_EMULATION 0

Then make and sudo make install and upon reboot you can now access uControl in the control panel.

Just did it on my iBook and things are working again. Thought I'd pass this along 🙂

So, cool to have most of the features back, but to be clear, this disables the scroll function of uControl.

uControl has been updated (v 1.4.6) and now works fine with 10.3.8.
