Four finger swap not working!

I've having to double press the home button to switch apps because the four finger swap is not walking. I checked set thing and it's on! Anyone else experiencing this?

Turn the setting off then on again.

Reboot the device.

Report it as a bug if it's still not functioning properly.

I've heard that dragging the notification center down and putting it back restores the gesture.

What do you mean by draging the Notification Center? Where?

Nope, I've also experienced the four finger swap not walking as well.
