Four Finger Swipe messed up!

I got the Late '08 MBP. The 4 finger swipe upwards and then downwards to hide the windows gets stuck and refuses to curtain down, when you do that. Anyone else have this problem?
 
Yeah everyone that uses the 4 finger swipe has that prob sadly. If you go slower with your swiping the odds of the bug happening are lower. Just have to wait till 10.6.1 i guess.
