Yes. My Linksys here at home, a netgear at another home, and a number of coffee shop routers that I doubt were Airports.

There's not. As simple as that. 200Mhz more in an already fairly fast CPU won't make a big difference unless you're into 3D rendering or video compression 24/7. Also, you won't probably never use more than 128Mb video RAM unless you install very texture-demanding games, which maybe is like 3% of the time you use your laptop... unless you're a hungry gamer who wants a MBP to do just that, play games on Windows.

BTW, I have a 22th week 2.2 / 128Mb / Samsung glossy screen, bought throught the online Apple Store with student discount and sent to Spain, and it is also perfect. No banding, yellowing, no dead pixels, battery life is awesome, no noises, no keyboard flaws, no wifi kernel panics anywhere I go, this machine really kicks asses (and I already had quite a few computers both PC and Mac). I'm a happy 1 year old switcher. :)
 
I got my MBP early last week but I couldn't unpack it from the box till tonight.

What ame my first impressions?

This things is perfect and a gorgeous work of art! Having never used a mac before till just aboiut 30 minutes ago, this machine was the easiest thing to setup. It guided me to seeting up my WiFi and the simple basics. Learning this machine will be a pleasure.

The keys that people seem to complain allot about are all even as in height, not one sticks up higher than the others.

The display looks crisp and sharp, only at an extreme angle do I notice the display showing a slight yellow hue, nothing to make me upset or make me want to return it. I haven't tried the color profile that someone brought up in another post yet but I will.

The aluminum case that my MBP appears to be well costructed, the lid closes very nicely and evenly, there is no unweven gap on the left or right side.

I am extremly surprised at how small this machine is, I don't have to get another computer bag to place the MBP in when I travel as it will fit in my current bag along with accesories perfectly.

I gotta admit, because I had read all these negative posts in this forum that I was truely afraid to go out and get a MBP. My fears have been disolved and I will seriously ENJOY using this machine!

Don't be afraid, people, go out and buy one, you will not regret it!

After reading this, my decision is final, I am going to get an MBP (well, once leopard is released)
 
I agree; you get the wrong impression of these machines if you read the other threads. The few write these threads while the many do not have issue. Mine if perfect as well (Samsung matte, 7200rpm, 2.4Ghz). I am very happy with it :)
