so i have a late 2009 13.3" macbook, and i want to use my tv as a monitor but i wasn't looking to have 3 adapters to make it possible so i was hoping to have the mini dvi to hdmi cable

well newegg said this cable was what i wanted so i bought it for $20 and of course it isn't what i want at all.

where can i find the cable i want?

a mini dvi to hdmi and then an hdmi to the tv works best...

    Thule GL @ the TOW
...if you ordered the mini DVI adapter from newegg, they sent you want you ordered...

FYI, that adapter works on whitebooks up to at least the 2.13 Ghz non-unibody version...

You might want to try as that same adapter was ~$6 plus shipping and they may carry the mini display port adapter you need cheaper than other places.... good luck with your search...

    So Cal...
Agreed. Monoprice will take care of any of your cabling needs.
