Free Apple apps not showing up for me.

I can't get access, for free, the Pages, Numbers, and Keynote apps. I'm using a new Apple ID (my old one was compromised) and when I freshly loaded my device with my new Apple ID, I was able to get iMovie and Garage Band for free, but the iWork suite wants me to pay for it.

The funny thing is, on my Mac, Yosemite gives me Pages, Numbers, and Keynote for free, but wants me to pay for iMovie and Garage Band.

Any help on this?
