Free / Cheap Wordpress Newspaper Style Templates

I've done some Googling on this and found a couple, but I've never heard of the companies so I am slightly dubious about handing over my credit card details. Can anyone recommend some good free / cheap newspaper style wordpress templates?

Budget is about $50 (if required) which seems like it is in the right price range for a non custom wordpress theme.

Unfortunately they look quite "busy" to my eyes. Hopefully I'll be able to find a slightly more minimalist style at some point.
