(Free) 'Clean-up' my iMac program?

I am looking for the best (free) program to clean up and maintain my mac. Just something to run some tests and make it run more efficiently.

What would you recommend?

Click on 'Maintenance 3.8' on the side under 'Downloads.'

It's an Automator action that will do a number of maintenance tasks like repairing permissions, clearing caches, etc. And it's free and easy.
