Hi, I don't have a new iMac but according to this link http://www.apple.com/imac/specs.html it looks like there aren't any games that come with it. Also, I remember reading somewhere that Big Bang Board Games and OmniOutliner are not included. A bit of a shame, but no biggy.

i remember there being comic life? and that board games, and some marble game? can anyone confirm this?

Personally I could care less about playing games on the computer. That's what my PS3 is for and it's a lot cheaper than buying an iMac.

I remember playing Nanosaur 2 on a G5 iMac and it impressed me but it appears as though it is no longer included.
What a pity.

Years ago, I did play Bugdom a few times on my indigo iMac. I think OttoMatic came with my snow iMac. I played it a few times as well. Used to play a lot of computer games back when I had a PC. Games were about the only thing that worked on it. There are so many cool things to do with a Mac though. I don't miss the games. :)

I believe so.

They were on my white iMac... I think they ship with all new Macs...

As far as the Apple Store I was in last night looking at the new iMacs (still thinking about getting one soon) they didn't have some apps. on them. Comic Life wasn't and there were no games either, however I didn't look for chess so that may still be there. Apple Stores are also known for people deleting items just for kicks anyway…
Yes those games came on the "Previous white iMacs" as my 20" iMac did but the new "Aluminum/Black Gloss iMacs" to my viewing didn't to help answer the OP.
I guess if anyone that has their new iMac they could let everyone in on what you get as far as free games or extra apps. such as Comic Life…

There's nothing extra included, not even Comic Life. All you get (apart from
Mac OS X) is iLife, iWork demo and MS Office Test Drive. At least in Poland.

I remember my blueberry imac, way back in 1997, coming with Nanosaur. Its a shame the new iMacs dont come with at least one game, other than chess which doesnt really count.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 or 3 came with my iBook G4 800, but it was pretty choppy so I erased it.

The last computer I received wit nanosaur and marble blast gold was my iBook G4. The mac book and MBP and new iMac did not have it.

Man those games were sick though.

This is the only thread I could find about third-party bundled games on Mac OS, so I made a Stack Exchange post with all the information I could find about what games came with what Macs. If anyone has more info, please edit the top answer there!
