Does this apply to refurbs or just new MBPs?

It says on the offer 'qualifying Macs' but there isnt a list of what qualifies!

Here's a link to the promo terms. It specifically states that refurbished systems are not included. I do wish I would have known I could have got something besides the touch though. I would have paid a bit extra for the classic.
