Free iWorks Apps

Did Apple state how they will handle their free apps that will come with the purchase of a new iOS device? Right now they are universal so if I purchased the new iPad I would also receive them for free on my iPhone as well if they carry over their old policy.

As far as I understand, they're tied to your iTunes account, so yes, if you bought a new iPad and redeemed the free apps, they're available on older devices as well.

I would agree with the account scenario...but who knows until it happens. Check back this weekend.
