Free Lion Upgrade with new iMac Purchase Rules

I understand that if I purchase a new iMac before the release of Lion i will get the upgrade for free. The upgrade will be delivered via AppStore. Will I then also be able to use that upgrade on my MacbookPro on the same appstore account?
