I wanted one of those but they only had them for the 3G/3GS. Boo! I got a plainish green silicone one.
The coupon allows for a free case in the value of $13.99, paypal was refusing to go through with a balance of zero with the free shipping the the UK. So instead I bought a case for $15.99, paid $2 on paypal.

Got my free rubberized crystal in the mail today. Not the best case, but for free it can't be beat! I really like the thin profile of it and the blue color I chose. Only complaint is the quality of the finish. Definitely wouldn't pay for a case that is as roughly finished as this, but the get an "A" for allowing people to try their stuff for free!
NICE!! Still waiting for mine. Ironically it's being sent from City of Industry, CA which is only 2 miles to the east of me! Should be here tomorrow it says. Still can't complain. FREE! Heh.

Just got my case today. And it's now stuck on my phone, haha. I seriously can't get it off.
As for the case.. it seemed EXTREMELY cheap at first glance, when I took it out of the package. Like the last person said, the finish is not very good. The edges where the front and back pieces meet just don't fit together very well and they are not smooth.
When the case is on the phone, it improves a lot. It has the hard satin finish, which is nice. The front and back pieces aren't the same shade of green which is really irritating to me.
Overall, it's a decent case for free, but I definitely wouldn't pay for it.
