Just a thought but can apps running in the background with a combination of free low memory cause a reception problem?
I know I have a pretty good ATT signal strength at home but there are times where it's really bad so I've been wondering why (not just home but other areas where I know the signal is fine) so this is what I did the next time I experienced this.
- Closed all apps running in the background
- Then ran the system activity monitor app which kills things running in the background and frees up my run time memory to approx. 334 MB
I called the same person back from the same exact location and noticed the call now has no reception issues.
Has anyone else experienced or confirmed this? Maybe it's just a fluke?!
