iPod Free PC to iPod file transfer program Windows?

I have a friend who needs to transfer his music from his iPod back onto his computer so he can import them into iTunes. Does anyone have a good free solution for Windows? Thanks!

I'm a big fan of sharepod but it's not 3.0 friendly if you are on a Touch.
