If you already have paid for a year of beats music - will you have access to 3 free months of apple music?
 
Yes, everyone will get the 3 free months of Apple Music regardless of whether or not they had an existing subscription to Beats Music. According to the FAQ on the Beats website, any unused Beats subscription funds will be refunded to you in the form of iTunes credit.
