free photo frames software

hi,is there any free photo frames software out there.what i mean is that we can add the frames to the photo we like.been searching but none of it was available.was wondering photoshop cs2 got any frames along?🙁

Image tricks has a free version - not frames, per se, but some cool features for edges...
