free software to design a business card?

I need to design a bussiness card. Any software out there that will help with aspect ratios etc?

OpenOffice.org comes with a vector graphics application. You can set it up to use a page whatever size you like and everything you do is scalable.

It's Free as in "Free Speech" and free as in "free beer"
