I installed ios5 yesterday on my ipad, with backup to icloud selected. However it also wanted to backup my Goodreader files that were 2 1,8 gb large.
I deselected the apps taking a lot of space on my ipad. Now my backup is around 40 mb, but the icloud manager still says I use half of my 5gb . How to fix? I thought it would disappear but it's stll hasnt changed.

Delete your back up on iCloud and then back up again, the new back up will be smaller due to your changed settings.

When I uncheck 'icloud backup' on my ipad it still says 2gb is in use:/ . Is there any other way to delete it?

As posted above, backup again with your new settings, then you will reclaim your missing space. iCloud still has the larger backup file until you overwrite it.
