Free trial of XP or Vista?

I noticed Microsoft offers a free trial of XP Pro x64 via download:

Will that work in Bootcamp?

If no, does MS offer free trials of 32 bit XP or Vista?

As far as I know the core 2 duo and xeons are 64-bit capable processors. As long as you have one of those machines, XP x64 will install, though device support may be limited (but just search the 'net or MR for solutions).
