The girl is just too cute and has sexapeal because of her personality, that is it.
Not sure if there are many asian macrumors members around, but the pop group she is in is pretty popular in Taiwan, Hong Kong and some other southeast asia countries. They even have their own drama show in Taiwan, but unfortunately, I'm not really into them, maybe some other asian macrumors members can provide more info.

Depending on whether I'm singing well, my voice range is roughly three octaves - around bottom E on a guitar to around top 12th fret on top E (falsetto). I never knew that a 'normal' person's was about 16 notes (octave and a third) - wonder if that's true.
I'm not nearly as cute as Hebe though. Although, if I carry on eating as much as I do despite my metabolism noticeably dropping, I may soon have larger tits.
<edit> Just read on wikipedia that falsetto isn't included so my range is about 26-8 notes or so and not 36.

I happen to find hippie looking chicks to be very attractive, and she kind of gives off those good vibes. So yes, I like the avatar, I think it symbolizes peace and beauty, I also love that is is black and white it shows sort of a gives a contemporary and at the same time it gives a very nostalgic view into 1960s anti-War movement. We are currently in a state of war all across the world, in many cases it is a political war that is being fought by leaders who have no earthly idea how to fix the many problems.
