Freesync MBP 16"

I have Windows 10 running in bootcamp and tried all the drivers at bootcampdrivers.com none of them allow me to enable freesync.

Could it be because my USB-C hub doesn't support this? (HDMI connection in DP alt mode?)

Has anyone with a Macbook Pro 16" with the new 5300m/5500m cards been able to get freesync working in boot camp?

Yes, you need to use a usb c cable to displayport.

You can also use the USB-C port on a HP G2 Dock with the same USB-C to displayport cable. The dock will also pass through freesync properly.
