Freeware Flash compressor

Flash CS3 still has woeful compression options (JPEG compression still only affects GIFs and PNGs strangely), so does anyone know of any freeware Flash compression applications?
I came across a couple which would have cost £100+, so they're not an option.

Since I don't know any off hand, try going to http://www.ultrashock.com and see if anyone there can throw some free or cheap things at you
