Freeware for Word Processing, Presentation, and Spreadsheet?

I just recently purchased a Mac. I have come over from Windows XP.

I was wondering what is the best open source software that offers word processing, presentation, and spreadsheets? I don't mind installing three different programs. But, any software with tricky installation may not be good for me considering I am in no way use to the Mac OS. I want the easiest installation but a good, solid product that can open Microsoft Office's documents/etc.

NeoOffice is another alternative that some Mac users prefer over OpenOffice.
