Freeze frame to JPEG

Is there a way to turn a Freeze frame from Final Cut Express into a JPEG?

Manfred,

in FCP, this is done using the "File > Export > Using QuickTime Conversion" menu item. This will save the frame currently under the playhead. Choose Still Image from the Format pop-up menu. Maybe FCE has this same feature?
