freeze last frame of clip/iMovie 08

I've got a clip of my son swing on the golf course, I want the last frame of his follow through to freeze and hold or a few seconds.

How do I do this in iMovie 08?

In iMovie '06, there is a menu item that lets you take a snapshot of a paused scene. Sorry, I forgot what it is called exactly, but if you search freeze frame iMovie in Google, you might get something.
