Freezing issue Mac Pro

What would be the best avenue for me to find out why my Mac Pro is freezing. I get this and then it freezes. I did the Command-D on startup, said all was good. Reset video card as well.

Oh, and yes....I did some benchmarks yesterday our of curiosity. Thinking now I might shouldnt have done so. Anyways, 61.76 fps for what its worth.
