Freezing/Non-responsiveness Since iOS7

This might be hugely over posted...but has anyone experienced screen freezing and/or app icons and things within apps being unresponsive to tapping or swiping on a random basis since going to iOS7?

I'm using a 32gb iPhone 5...and this crankiness is becoming more common & more of a PUTA every day .

How do I fix?

I have found the time to refresh an app that's been dropped from a suspended state in multitasking is much more noticeable. Like when I bring up messages from multitasking after not using it for a while I can see where I left off but it's unresponsive as the app loads back up.

In app once it's running I've found it to be smoother then iOS 6.
