Freezing on mountain lion requiring reboot

I installed Mountain Lion a few days ago and I like it so far. But twice it has frozen, leaving the pointer movable but incapable of clicking, forcing me to perform a cold restart. Has anyone else noticed this, or is it just me?

Same problem here with a Macbook Air 13" Mid 2011. I had to downgrade it to Lion 10.7.4.

I'm on a circa 2007 IMac and Mac has frozen three times sinceI upgraded to Mountain Lion five days ago.

Yikes, I hate freezing problems. Makes my ocd cringe. Then I start to think something will get corrupted.
