Fresh install OS X 10.6 Applications Missing

I bought two new copies of Snow Leopard; both copies of Snow Leopard are missing applications. The applications are GarageBand, IPhoto, Reproductor, IMovie, and Screen Flow. I went to a electronic and computer store that sells Mac computers. All of their Macs had all of the applications I mention above in the application folder and/or dock. Does anyone know what is causing these applications to me missing in the copies which I bought?

The iLife apps come with the computer, not the OS
They should be on Disc 2 of your restore DVDs

snow leopard isnt bundled with those pieces of software, you need the iLife suite i believe

Thanks for the assistance. The applications were indeed on the 2nd CD, which came with my computer.
