i've know that November 13th 2009 is on a Friday for about 29 years. Remember as a kid we were looking to see what day of the week our 40th Birthday was on and that is mine.

i've know that November 13th 2009 is on a Friday for about 29 years. Remember as a kid we were looking to see what day of the week our 40th Birthday was on and that is mine.
So not that I am superstitious or anything.
Anyone had a run of bad luck or ill fortune today?
I heard from a cousin's friend's agent's cat that the fortunes are reversed for those who were born on a Friday the 13th. Supposedly, it's a good luck day for those fortunate/unfortunate enough to be born on a friday the 13th...someone like me for example. I'm expecting some good things today. I can rattle of 2 right now: I get to leave work early and I get paid today.
Wait, that happens every friday. Never mind.
Friday, August 13, 2100 will be the last Friday the 13th in the 21st century. (Centuries end on the 100-multiple years, even though many people celebrate prematurely at the end of each "99" year.)
I hope somebody will post in this thread on August 13, 2100 to tell us if it turns out to be a lucky or unlucky day.

Funny story today at lunch at school.
My friends have this game where you try to flip an applesauce cup as many times as you can without it landing upside down.
Anyway, one of our schoolmates who doesn't usually hang out with us came over today to watch our tournament. After a run of about twenty-five flips by my friend, he slams his fist down on the lip of the cup. The aluminum covering bursts, and applesauce gets all over my shirt! It even flew through the air, spraying applesauce across the two empty tables next to us. And the best part of this was, it was completely by accident!
Amazingly, none of the teacher aids saw this.

Today me and my husband were supposed to celebrate our anniversary, but we had a call from his mother in law. Turns out she couldn't watch our daughter, because his grandmother ended up in the hospital. I had lack of sleep from the night before, because I was so hyped up about today's events.
