One word: Radeongate.

Solution: Reball a new GPU.

Logic board replacements from Apple won't work because all the Sandy Bridge boards have a manufacturing flaw with the Radeon GPU which causes Radeongate to happen.

Nope, its toast as others stated, the GPU failed and the only solution is to replace the logic board which will of course have the same issue as your logic board and eventually fail 🙁
