Fried MacBook

Any usefulness for a 13" MacBook Pro. Wife spilled coffee on it and started smoking. Letting it dry was of no help. It is from January of 09.

Either that, or I will use for a paper weight.

Already got that done, I have heard of people wanting the Monitor for parts, but don't even know where to begin to look or put it for sale at that point.

Anything can be repaired.
What are the symptoms?
Check www.ifixtit.com for parts and how to disassembly it

Also Apple could sometimes offer a flat fee repair service, check with your local Apple Store/Genius Bar.
