I have a iPhone 4 iOS4.1 jailbroken with Greenp0sion. As 4.3.1 has just been released, does it make a difference if I JB withRedsn0w? I mean, is there something I need to do differently?

From what I've read, you just need to run redsn0w and away you go.

Just follow the instructions posted everywhere. Update to stock 4.3.1 then JB with redsn0w.
