from Terminal to Automator

I have a Terminal command to execute a backup of my files from laptop to server. In Terminal it works perfect, and I even see the progress of the action.

Move all to Automator, with the "run shell script" action to make it an executable application, but lack a feedback of the backup progress.
How can I display, running the attached Automator script, the progress in Finder? Any help?
