Happened to me a few times but seems to be ok now. Just a simple refresh fixed it earlier while it was happening. Just figured my MacBook was craving some CSS for dinner. 
Happening to me repeatedly this morning. A couple refreshes required to finally load it.
Still happening to me today. When I refresh the page it works but I had to do that every time I visit the site.
It happned to me several times this morening, and happened to me just now too. Thought it was my internet connection so am a bit happy to see this thread.
I've been having the same issue since yesterday evening.
Last night it was happening on my Mac using Safari, today it's also happening on my work PC (XP). seems the CSS stylesheets are not loading up, but if i hit refresh it loads just fine.

Ditto. It comes and goes. I figured it was something going on with the website in terms of the admins. making graphic changes or whatever.
Just wanted to pop in to say that we're aware of the issue. arn is currently traveling, but we'll get it fixed as soon as we can. Fortunately it's not a major issue and a refresh or two should get things appearing normally.
