Front Row help - Navigate movies by chapter but instead jumps 7 mins???

In Front Row on Leopard (10.5.4), how do you navigate by chapter when watching a movie?
When I press forward on my apple remote, or on the keyboard, the recording jumps ahead 7 mins (give or take 1 sec).
I know I have chapter markers on the movies, as I can navigate them when watching in Quicktime, or through iTunes.

Any suggestions?
