    Hey Everyone,
I have been having a strange issue with Front Row recently. The thing is, when I am listening to music and I want to go to another song, when I press menu to get my songs to come up, it works. However, once I start scrolling through the songs, every now and then the menu will jump back to the currently playing genre, song, etc. in the current list I am looking at, so if I am listening to Easy Listening and I am looking through my genres, it will automatically go and highlight Easy Listening by itself. This makes it very hard to go through the menu to pick another song as when I find something I want to click, just before I click the OK button, it has highlighted the currently playing genre and it goes into that instead so I have to go out and try to get to the other genre fast enough so it doesn't jump back.

Does anyone know if this is a feature, or whether something is gone wrong with my Front Row?

    Thanks for any help.:apple:

Ive had this happen several times on two machines.

it will jump back to some random inconspicuous artist or album.

Is your library external? on a TimeCapsule or AEBSn?

    Hey,
Sounds like there is a common problem. To answer your question, my library is on my internal hard drive. The same HD as Mac OS X is on.
Hope someone can help us out.

EDIT : Also, I have updated to 10.5.7, and still experiencing the issue.
