Hey, question.

I just got a MyBook 250GB and I'm going to run it via firewire. Anyway, I was wondering, is there any way for me to move over movies, pictures and music and stuff to that drive, but still allow it to show up in Front Row and stuff? Haven't even unpacked it yet, but just curious.

Thanks!

I'm not sure about music and photos, but Front Row can only access movies that are in the user/Movies folder...but you can make an alias to the folder on the external drive and place it in the user/Movies folder, and that will allow you to access the movies on the external drive in Front Row.

I have my whole home folder on a separate internal disk. Using sys-links, I have re-directed all the folder not the root folder though just all the containing folders. Works just fine! So you could do the same with just sub-folders.
