Front side bus?

    where do i find the front side bus speed for my computer?

    better yet, does anyone know what it is for my iMac? its in my sig, and its the current generation

    800mhz. I'm sure i will be corrected if im wrong.

    1GB (one 1GB SO-DIMM) or 2GB (two 1GB SO-DIMMs) of 800MHz DDR2 SDRAM; two SO-DIMM slots support up to 4GB

    its highly likely that it is 1066. why? if you thinking about trying to overclock it then forget it, don't even mess with it

    nothing like that. im selling it on ebay and a buyer asked.

    Go to the Apple menu and select About this Mac. If it isn't there click on the more info button or start up System Profiler.

    i wondered that as well.. maybe he/she is going to overclock it?

    Yours could actually be 800, Though maybe not. Is yours the first generation Aluminum iMac. If so it is 800.

    okay, its def. 1066 because i got it late august 08.
