Frontrow and touchscreen input

Bit of an odd one but fairly straight forward question, Can Front Row be controlled by any kind of touch input/mouse style input? I know Apple TV cannot obviously cause theirs no other input but what about a Mac Mini and a (USB) touchscreen display?
