Frontrow not working after Leopard

I installed Leopard this afternoon, and it seems that Front Row isn't coming up properly with the Apple Remote.

The problem is that, it's not coming up when I press Menu. Rarely, it will come up but after 3 minutes or so.

Help? Thanks.

PS Is there anyway to check the battery level in the Apple Remote?

It's a little slow but it opens fine.

I guess it's the battery but I'll try after I finish the hard drive file transfer. Then I'll restart.
