Just want to share this, I'm ordering one after payday. A friend has a few of their other bags and the quality is amazing. They use heavy-quality waxed cotton canvas (water-resistant), leather trim and solid brass hardware. The inside is lined with a soft fabric and comes with shoulder strap and outside pockets. Since it's made for the first iPad, it should fit my iPad 2 with case.

it looks stunning, but I would be concerned with peripherals falling out of the open exterior pockets; pity they don't have little zips/velcro flaps.

I have to agree with that. Maybe since they're all handmade (right here in Minnesota) I can ask them what they can do.
