I have a red iPhone SE 2020, and am looking for a frosted clear/white case. I like clear cases but I can't stand the fingerprints or the yellowing of the sides or how the clarity degrades and gets dirty over time. Hence, for many years now, I have been using a frosted clear case. Still shows off the phone, but the subtle frost adds a great touch to it.

Anyone has any recommendations? So far my go-to has been the one from Ringke, ordered 1 and it is already on its way. Anyone else has other recommendations?

Thanks.

The Ringke cases are nice, my Mom's red iPhone 8+ is in one and it looks good, but does attract fingerprints like crazy. I have a Silk (now Smartish) Nudist frosted clear on my XS Max and it is pretty keen. Looks like they have a pretty similar material in their Base Grip case:

I will say the frosting is not "subtle" really, but I like it (and I like their cases in general, I switch between 3 of them on my Max).

The frosted cases usually tend to have a matte back so should not really attract any fingerprints. Here is an image of mine! The case arrived yesterday. Loved it, great grip, no fingerprint issues on the back, and it is not overly slim as it adds a lip and provides drop protection. For ~$10, it's great!

That's the Ringke? Looks great, that's the perfect bit of frost, awesome!

Yes it is, great investment. Not a huge fan of the little cut-outs at the 4 corners which you can see in the photo but I think it is for shock absorption or something so not too fussed.

I guess it’s to ease the installation and removal of the case without deforming it

To add another suggestions, you can try the Ringke Fusion. Same gel like material as those clear cases but an hard, matte shell on the back which doesn’t attract fingerprints. Here’s a picture of it on my X

I too have a red iPhone SE and was looking for a nice transparent case. Your photograph convinced me. I ordered it and love it. It's perfect. So thanks!
