Frostwire Help!

Help My Limewire wasnt working so I uninstalled it
then i downloaded Frostwire because i heard it was better
but its not even working it says trouble trying to connect because of the firewall but i took that down to allow all incoming connections and it still doesnt work i have cable internet and its really fast so why isnt it working
I have a Macbook btw

my itunes got wiped out so i want to download alot of music lol
