frozen throne doesn't work on 13 macbook pro

every time i try to install warcraft 3 frozen thorne on my mbp i keep getting this error im new to mac's as of today.. ha can someone help me out

Are you installing from original game disc or from a torrent you downloaded?

From what I'm reading on the Blizzard forums, it looks like something is wrong with the disc or data files on the disc.
